Bernanke - 'Highly Accommodative' Policy Needed for 'Foreseeable Future'

The substance of Fed Chairman Ben S. Bernanke's speech today following the release of the FOMC minutes is distilled by CNBC into this one-minute sound bite. 

In essence, the economic numbers are not as "good" as they look and fiscal policy (read action by Congress and the administration) is restrictive and not helping, so more accommodative policy is appropriate.
