With over 20+ years of experience, Ms. Weslosky is an entrepreneur who owned her own boutique investment-banking firm for six years that was the basis for a business reality television series called, DealFlow. DealFlow aired from 2008-2010 on CNBC World and was broadcast on CNBC, CNBC affiliates, WealthTV, and many other television networks around the world.
Tracy graduated with a BA in Honours Political Science at the age of 19 from the University of Tennessee and her experience includes extensive involvement in the natural resource, oil and gas, energy, technology and entertainment industry sectors.
Sid Goldberg

Sid Goldberg is a two-time, Daytime Emmy Award winning Director (2004, 2007), and four-time Emmy Award nominee. Since the onset of his Directorial career in 1993, Sid is the recipient of numerous awards, including four Gemini nominations in Canada.
Strong technically, cinematographically, and creatively, Sid’s greatest skill is with the people he works with — both on and behind the camera. His ability to bring out the best of someone’s character has earned him a global reputation.
Sid has worked with many top creative artists, including Susan Sarandon, Bridget Fonda, Samantha Brown, Mario Lopez, Elisha Cuthbert, Jay Baruchel, and many others.
Based in Toronto, Sid possesses the highly coveted ‘O-1 Visa’ in recognition of his special skills, allowing him to work in the United States. With experience filming in over 40-countries worldwide, Sid is a veteran in the genres of Factual Entertainment, Unscripted Reality, Travel, Food, Children’s programming, Lifestyle, and Documentary. His shows are regularly seen on: HGTV, PBS, Travel Channel, Discovery, National Geographic, Food Network, Hearst Networks, CBC, Fine Living Network, as well as international broadcasters.
Mystery Hunters, where they travelled the world uncovering mysteries of life was one of Goldberg’s favorite shows to direct. In interviews, Sid describes Popular Mechanics for Kids as “inspiring and stimulating to the imagination”; and appreciates Passport to Europe for “exposing audiences to fascinating cultures, food, environments, and people beyond our own borders.”
Spiritual by nature, Sid has travelled the globe studying Philosophy and Meditation with some of the world’s leading spiritual Masters. It was in the Himalayas, India, where Sid lived and studied Vedanta Philosophy for nearly a decade. During this time, he was a Writer and Producer for the highly acclaimed documentary film, Sadhana: Back to the Source (1986): a “spiritual adventure of a westerner seeking enlightenment”. It played in over 100-cities in movie theatres across North America.
Sid has a BA Specialization in Communications from Concordia University.

Responsible for and managing partner for the development of 14 subdivisions in Texas with revenues of more than $150 million as well as the syndication of approximately 5,000 acres of land in various highly successful limited partnerships from 1990 to 2006. In early 2003 Gene became worried that easy lending policies in the U.S. would lead to a real estate market crash similar to the S&L collapse events of 1986 and began winding up all of his real estate business interests. His development group sold its last development lots in 2006 shortly before the real estate bubble popped.
Ad avid fisherman and "recovering numismatist," Gene spends much of his free time at his ranch in southeast Texas, where he built a 9-acre fishing lake in 2006, stocked with Florida Largemouth Bass and giant Coppernose Bluegill bream.

Responsible for research, analysis, content development, compliance and a wide range of editorial responsibilities; Karima is in charge of in-house corporate communications.
With both a Master's degree in Environmental Applied Science and Management (2005) and an Undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning (2002) from Ryerson University, Karima has six years of experience in the field of responsible investing (industrials, utilities, chemicals and healthcare sectors). She has provided investment recommendations, undertaken original research and developed international case studies for various clients across Canada.
Karima is well-travelled, multi-lingual and dedicated to her family.
Stephanie Bugg

Stephanie Bugg is Senior Programmer for Pro-edge Consultants Inc. and has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunication engineering and programming industry. She graduated from Dalhousie with her Electrical Engineering degree in 2000. She headed south to Atlanta where she was part of the team who designed a tire and component tracking system for a major US car manufacturer and helped install and test equipment at service providers. She also has designed telecommunication systems for several large buildings including U.S. Federal Courthouses and Data Centers as an RCDD. As well, she helped manage data for several large banks and phone companies for an email and mail marketer. Stephanie designs and programs software systems and oversees the Got Gold Report and REE World.

Yuriy is an IT professional with solid hands-on experience in all phases of full Software Development Life Cycle. He is thoroughly versed in Object Oriented and Client/Server technologies, CRM/ERP/eCommerce components design and development, DB architecture, operation and administration.
Yuriy is familiar with IPTV Broadcasting Systems, WMS streaming technologies and implementation them in eCommerce websites.
He have realized middle-scale service company CRM system which implemented in IPTV broadcast, video on demand services and web development companies.
Yuriy is one of creators of large-scale Enterprise CRM/ERP System software which is currently used in 5 clothing factories, 2 bakery, 15 commercial service companies. The system includes the following modules: Customers, Contracts, Inventory, Orders, Billing, Purchases, Payments, Human Resources, Payroll, General Bookkeeping/Accounting, Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Sequences, Cloth Cutting Optimization, Assets Depreciation and Rent, Statistics, Reports.
Yuriy Bodnaruk holds a Master Degree in Physics graduated in Lviv State University (Ukraine).

Michelle Berube is currently a psychology student at Ryerson University. Despite being the youngest member of the Pro-edge team, she has been utilizing social media for the better part of the last decade. This contributes to her fluency and intuitive understanding of even the newest online communities.
Before attending Ryerson she studied a range of arts, including musical theory, film editing, illustration, creative writing, fashion, photography, and graphic design. Her wide range of skills gives her a unique perspective, and the ability to instinctively pair subjects with their natural online environment.
Michelle has lived all over the U.S., and primarily resided in Memphis, TN and New Haven, CT. She now lives and works in Toronto. She hopes to continue her education to eventually major in Engineering Psychology.
